   Proposal Description:
   Goals: to improve the self-management outcomes of individuals with MCI/ADRD by addressing primary caregiver-related factors. This would eventually result in the incorporation of these factors in nursing interventions, to improve self-management and health outcomes of individuals with MCI/ADRD.                 Objectives: to examine the relationship between caregiver related factors (age, relationship to individual, physical and social environment, literacy level,  etc.) and health outcomes of individuals with MCI/ADRD using Individual and Family Self-Management Theory
